As you asked turion fees weiver in Narula institute ,there is  no turion fees for weiver candidates.you should pay about 50thousand at the time of admission for other charges like admission fees,uniform fees etc.  and after that you will pay about 4000

You can appear in JEE mains three times only.

If you don't want to take  admission then it is ok and will be good for you because if you prepare for next year then may be you will get TOP NIT or IIT that is better than GFTIs.
