this is to inform you that the government colleges have the same eligibility criteria for the admission .so better try for the private institutions like CBIT in hyderabad or vasavi college of engineering which intake on the basis of the jee main rank only not the PCM marks.all

Your music will be counted for percentage calculation as 5 subject with higher marks is always counted to make a percentage for admission in india. 

Then the best of 2 will be used to calculate the percentile. 

IIT and NIT will do the sme.

NITs take admission on the basis of marks or rank secured by a student in JEE MAINS not ECET Rank . So , clearly not just with this rank , but with any rank in ECET , you are not eligible for admission in NIT.

You aren't eligible to get admission into an NIT since your score in 12th class is less than 65%.
