Sorry to inform you but you need to get at least 75% or be in top 20 percentile of your board to get nits or iits or iiits. Apart from it you can give JEE main exam, there is no restrictions on percentage for writing JEE exam.

For appearing in IAS exam college does not matter the only thing matter is your stream
Most probably CSE students does not allowed to appear in IAS exam but ME/EE/CE students have permission to seat in IAS exam .

to get admission and fix your seat you have to pay the fees to alot your seat. and if you will not pay the fees then you will not get the seat . and to get seat then you have to gof or next counseling session. all the best have

You won't get any NIT since NIT'S don't take lateral entry or direct second year B.Tech.

this is to inform you that the government colleges have the same eligibility criteria for the admission .so better try for the private institutions like CBIT in hyderabad or vasavi college of engineering which intake on the basis of the jee main rank only not the PCM marks.all
