Rama Devi 24th Sep, 2020

Hello,

Depending on the college for which admission is preferred, students can opt to go with anyone from NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 for admission to B.Arch. The number of students appearing in NATA and JEE Main Paper 2 varies considerably as NATA is more interested in colleges. The JEE Main Test is an international quality exam with its own standard and difficulty level. NATA is primarily developed to examine drawing aesthetics and critical reasoning about geometry and architecture planning. Check out the below article and decide wisely on what to choose between NATA and JEE https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nata-or-jee-main-paper-2-which-better-option-for-barch-admission

I got 163 marks in nata and 70 percentage in my 12th .which government college can i have a seat ? and i am from general category

Neha 24th Sep, 2020

If you have scored 165 in NATA and 70 in your boards then your normalized percentile is =113.5/4+74.3/2=76.25

After this you will be allotted your respective rank and you can apply for the counselling process. There are good chances that you will be getting a decent college based on your category. It might take more than 3 rounds. The cutoff will decide for admission in any institute and also seat availability and category of students in a particular institute can be a distinguishable factor. It varies from colleges to colleges. You can get more information from mentioned link.

i have got 147 in nata and 89.4 in cbse ... can i get into CEPT?? general category..

Saunkita Mallick 24th Sep, 2020

Hello, hope you are doing well!

Your final merit scores will be your NATA scores divided by 2, then the 12th percentage added with it and finally then whole number divided by 2 again. {(147/2+89.4)/2}= 81.45 is your final merit score.

You can use Careers360's college predictor for JEE Main Architecture 2020-

AMIT KUMAR VERMA 24th Sep, 2020

Hey,

As per the previous year cutoff the chances are very less to get a seat in NIT Warangal. Your rank is not enough to get Nit Warangal in any branch.

However you can try for the state level counseling. know your admission chances in JOSAA counseling & State counseling, You can use JEE Main college Predictor tool.

Hello Aspirant,

Getting admission into a good Architecture Government college depends on various factors like your rank, score , category seat availability, exam difficulty level, no. of students appeared and previous years cutoff trends. Since there are colleges available that accept NATA and JEE scores . Some of them accept only one of the either two score, while some accept the scores of both these exams.

You can use our architecture college predictor link given below to view the preferred college available for you,

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-architecture-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

The colleges that accept JEE scores have a different process of getting admission than those colleges accepting NATA score. You can see the previous years cutoff trends of various NITs and some other institute accepting JEE scores given below,

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-b-arch-b-planning

For those colleges accepting NATA score, the cutoff varies and changes every year depending on your category and score. You can see the list of colleges that accept NATA score given below,

https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-government-engineering-colleges-in-india-accepting-nata

Getting admission into JJ college of Architecture Mumbai, only your NATA score is acceptable. Since they do admission only through this score. Seeing your score, it is difficult to say whether you would be able to get admission into this college or not. You must check their website for more cutoff details and other related information.

Hope that helps. Good luck
