National Aptitude Test in Architecture
Hello Aspirant,
Seeing your NATA score and category, and previous years cutoff trends, there is a fair chance of getting admission into this college. But every year the cutoff varies depending upon your category, 12th marks , seat availability which is less otherwise and exam difficulty level.
Since, this college comes under your home state quota and also you are a female, so, chances are even higher. Because, cutoff for females are lower than that of others and also including home state criteria

Hi there,
For CEPT University:
There are approx 80 seat for B.Arch in CEPT University among which 40 seats are reserved for Gujarat candidates and other 40 for all India candidates .
Regarding the marks in NATA which is an exam of 200 marks. Out of that 200 marks you need to score at least 70 marks to qualify for the application for admission as per the previous trends.
In the boards you need at least 50% marks. 50% of 12th Score and 50% of your NATA score sums up to your merit.
According to past trends, around 80 merit score. So for admission into this college you need to have minimum score of 120 in NATA exam.

Hope this helped...

Hi,
The Nata exam will consist of two papers or parts that is Part A and Part B.
Part B includes MCQ on logical reasoning and general aptitude.
Part A will includes cognitive skills for drawing and visual composition test.
The pattern of question for this will be as -
Question 1 shall be PTQ type and carry 17 Marks (4 choices each with variable marks) totalling 17 marks
Questions 2, 3 & 4 shall be PTQ type and carry 16 Marks each (4 right answers; each right answer 4 marks)
totalling 48 marks
Question 5 to 10 shall be MCQ type and carry 10 Marks each totalling 60 marks.
So as the question will be prefencial type question(ptq) and MCQ one does not need to draw on paper.
Hope you find it helpful
Based upon the information that have provided you final NATA merit score as per calculation is
NATA score= 173/2 = 86.5
CBSE percentage= 95
Final merit score= (86.5+95)/2 = 90.75
Based upon your final merit score you seem to have good chances of admission at CEPT University. However there are 80 seats in total , 40 for Gujarat students and 40 for All India students. The competition is quite tough. Also if you are applying under home state the chances are always higher than All India cutoffs.
The cutoffs are yet to be released for this year and they are based upon various factors.
All the best!!
Thank you.
hi..

Hi Radha,
Normalization of NATA marks will be done on the basis of exam results. You can normalize your score by using the below method:
You scored 115 in NATA and 73.3% in your boards, then the normalized score will be 115/2+73.3=130.8
This is your composite score. Your admission in college will depend on this composite score.
Also you have not mentioned your category.
You can find more details at:
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nata-result
I think it will be tough for you to get admission in Anna University, especially if you do not belong to any reserved category.
