hii from poonam as recently my nata score out i got 132 and my board score is 76.77 and i belong to sc category so can i get admission in cept college.

mjaisinghani62 23rd Sep, 2020

Hello aspirant

CEPT entrance is of 200 marks. In CEPT College rank is calculated on the basis of xii  board score and nata marks.

50% of board marks and out of 50 marks from nata is considered and total of both will be your rank. As your board score is 76.77 ,assuming it to be 77 %,. Fifty % of this will be 38.5,

Now your nata score is 132 out of 200 ie 33/50. Hence your CEPT rank will be 38.5 + 33 = 71.5

As you are from SC Category , you will definitely get a seat in CEPT College.

I got 88% in plus two.is there any chance for me to get b arch admission in kerala if i got 90% in NATA

aneeqachapoo 14th Aug, 2020
Dear student,
To get admission in any architecture college depends on your NATA score and your 12th board result. So you NATA score out of 200 will be converted into marks out of 100 and your 12th marks will be added to it, which will give you final score. If you have marks above 130, you will get any good private college and if you have got above 150 you will get admission in a government college. Since you have a good percentage in NATA and of course in 12th, you have a very good chance of getting admission in any government college in kerala.

Best of luck.
Thank you.

i got nata score 115.5 OBC-NCL category andhra Pradesh do i get andhra university

gauravvijayvargiya399 23rd Sep, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

Getting admission into Andhra University for Architecture courses , you need to consider your rank and marks alongside it's eligibility criteria as well.

It also depends upon your category and score . But seeing your score, it's difficult to say whether you can get admission into this college or not using NATA score. Since the cutoff trends of NATA exam changes every year depending upon seat availability, exam difficulty level and previous years cutoff trends.

There are other colleges in Andhra Pradesh which accepts NATA score like GITAM university, KL university, Varsha college of Architecture and Planning amongst others. You can also try and apply for these colleges since they come under your home state quota.

Good luck

when nata exams are conducted during 12th or after ? and do i need to get into another college for giving nata exam?

Hrisheekesh Singh 13th Aug, 2020

Hi Tanvi,

National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national level UG exam that is being conducted by Council of Architecture (COA) for admission of studnets to 5-year B.Arch and B.Planning programmes.

You can give this exams if you have passed 10+2 level or equivalent from a recognised board or you should  have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject to be eligible for this exam.

Yes, you can give this exam during your 12th Standard and you are not required to get into any other college for giving NATA Exam.

I score 126.5 marks in NATA and 78% in CBSE board examination. Shall I get any govt. college? How to apply RV college of Architecture, Bangalore?

JAYA KARTHIKA RS 21st Sep, 2020

Hello,

Your merit mark will be:

126.5/4+78/2=70.6

It is very difficult to get a Government college based on your score. Because it needs more than 150 Nata score

You may into some decent colleges but it is difficult to get into colleges based on your choice

I think it may be easy if you are other than general category because based on the previous cutoffs most of the colleges cutoff for SC/ ST and other than general are around 60 merit marks. But cutoffs change every year.

Hello ankit,

Hope you are doing well.

As per your question, you have good marks in both of the exams so yes you can apply for CEPT university. As you didn't mentioned your category , but no problem it doesn't matter as you have marks.

The last year cutoff trend was around 77.8 in NATA and so as per this trend you can apply for this university. You can kindly visit their official websites for further updates.
