It depends on the Reservation category you are from and the Local Area.

“ Caste Category (if reservation applies) - Local Area (AU or SVU)”.

The rank which you get after attending for Counselling is the deciding factor for First Phase seat allocation meanwhile they consider all the reservation factors on the candidate. The thing is, even though you got good rank and you are not from AU local area, you may get competition from Reservation students (SC/ST or others) in getting seat.

I can explain the possibility like this

there are chances of getting seat in AU is more when you are from AU local area+Good Rank or AU local area+Reservation (Caste/Sex) or SVU/AU local area+Best Rank.

I think you may have been mistaken. The NATA admit card for the NATA examination to be held on the 7th of July is now available on the official site. The official link is given here: https://online.cbexams.com/nata/Default.aspx . Click on "Click Here" in NATA July section and enter your details to download your admit card. Hello aspirant, congratulations on performing well in NATA 2019. I would like to mention that NATA and JEE Mains are two different examinations conducted every year. While NATA is only for admissions to B.Arch, JEE MAINS has two exams, one for enginering admissions and paper2 for b.arch admissions. You can check your jee mains rank in th link given below,

Dear Shrishti, Council of Architecture will release the admit card of NATA 2019 for the second attempt on June 24 i.e. today only.

You can wait for the admit card to be released. It hasn't been released yet. 

It will be released soon so don't worry.

Below I have listed 2019 eligibility criteria for NATA - 

• Qualifying Exam : Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with aggregrate marks of 50% . From 2019-20 session, diploma holders are not eligible for taking admission in architecture program.
• Qualifying marks : Candidates must have obtained atleast 50% marks in Mathematics,Physics,Chemistry taken together.
• Age Limit : Minimum 17 years of age 

Well inorder to get admission in B.Arch courses in any college, one needs to qualify  NATA. To qualify for NATA 2019 one must have secured a aggregrate marks of 200 ( 120 in MCQ & 80 in drawing ).The overall cutoff will be decided by COA based on post-exam statistics.

As your query is you want to appear for the NATA entrance exam but you have only your application number with yourself and you don't have the password or the phone number and you want to download admit card so there is only one particular solution that inform their site for this contact with them and tell them the situation then only they can help you as there is no other because even you have lost your phone but yes if you will communicate to them and they will understand your problem and yes they can contact you through your Gmail id as well even if you don't have a phone number.
