Yes KCET accept NATA score. As you know NATA is conducted twice because of date clashing issue with board exams. So it does not matter in which NATA exam you appeared. It will certainly have a great value because even if the seats are filled by July, some seats are available and are kept reserved for this result in every college that takes admission on the basis of the nata score. So, no need to worry. Wait only if you are sure to get a good result. Otherwise go for admission into any other college, once the result comes, withdraw your admission from that college if your rank is good enough.

Yes, you can apply now for the college which you are getting. Once the result of the second examination is declared and you get a better ranked college then you can definitely apply for improvement of college. And if in doubt you can consult with the college which you are being admitted to.

You can get admission oy if you have atleast a provisional certificate while the documents verification is done where as you can't get the admission with the kea as the documents verification are completed, in case you are through Nata you could give try of counselling and that way through kea it's not possible

it is basically for Domiciles of Maharashtra,but for those students who have recently moved to Maharashtra and have appeared for their 12th boards in Maharashtra their is a disadvantage. Only 5% of total seats are allotted to them through MHT-CET while rest are for Maharashtra Domiciles. Non Maharashtra Domiciles CAN appear and get seats through MHT-CET.

Well the cutoffs vary from college to college. The aggregrate cutoff 2019 NATA score is 200 . So you may have a chance to get enrolled in some of the colleges.
