Here is the eligibility criteria for NATA exam;
1. The candidates need to clear their 10+2 board exam.
2. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are the compulsory subjects.
3. Candidates need to score minimum 50% of marks in PCM and in aggregate also.

Yes you can do B.arch after diploma. You cannot get direct admission, for this you have apply for NATA(National Aptitude Test in Architect) to get admission in colleges which offers Architecture courses. Also remember that not all colleges accept NATA score, so be careful with it. Other option
