Prashant Kumar Pandey 23rd Nov, 2020

No, it is compulsory that you clear NATA exam with at least 80 marks i.e 40%. Even if the college you are applying to takes JEE paper 2 scores, clearing NATA exam is a prerequisite. Yes, you can in get it in private colleges but not in government colleges.

Prashant Kumar Pandey 23rd Nov, 2020

hello aspirant ...

NATA Cut Off Score : Normalization Process

For example: If you scored 120 in NATA and 80 % in your boards , then the normalized score will be 120 /2+ 80 =60+ 80 =140

thank you

Andhra University is a very good state government university which provide lots of courses including various B tech courses also situated in Visakhapatnam. The BTech courses cost about 3.8 lacs in total. You may can get some state or government scholarships if you have economical issues. I got 112 /200 in nata ,235/400 in jee mains and 901/1000 in my intermediate,I am an sc candidate . what will be my state architecture rank in Andhra Pradesh??? according to this rank will I be able to get seat in Andhra university??

The overall rank of the SAR, or state architecture rank, is determined by variables such as your category, caste, NATA score, JEE main score, IPE score, minority status, and wealth. It is not necessary to give both NATA and JEE scores. If you want to contribute for both, you can do so; however, if you want to give for any of the two scores, you can do so as well.

will 12th board marks be included in NATA results for b.arch admission this year?

suprava.65 17th Nov, 2020

Dear Aspirant

Normalization of NATA marks will be done on the basis of exam result and data, that will be calculated by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi (COA) after the declaration of result. You can normalize your score by using the below method:

For example: If you scored 120 in NATA and 80% in your boards, then the normalized score will be 120/2+80=60+80=140 .

Hope this helps

what shoud be the NATA score that i should get so as to get an admission in a top college in govt. seat (in kerala...especially)

Anushka agrawal 16th Nov, 2020

Hello,

Frankly speaking, 50 percentage of weightage is given to NATA and 50 percentage to boards.

All we can say that if you get above 90 percent in boards try your best to get 115 above in NATA.

Basically Board marks + NATA score /2 in other words the average of the above-mentioned should be above 150 to get admission in the government college of your own state.

All the best!
