National Aptitude Test in Architecture
Hello Aspirant,
Getting admission into JJ college of Architecture Mumbai depends on getting good marks in NATA as well as in boards.
Also, since the seats available are very less, therefore the cutoff goes very higher each year. Also, it varies on multiple parameters like no. of students appeared, exam difficulty level, previous years cutoff trends and also on your category.
So, seeing your details , your NATA score is pretty good, but your boards score is not enough good. As a result, it is difficult to say whether you would get admission into JJ college.
Hope that helps. Good luck
NIFT is for fashion designing and other related fields...but..NATA is only for architecture... For NIFT
For NATA
So if you are intrested in designing field then opt NIFT or if you want to make career in architecture field you may go for NATA..
Hope this will help you
Good luckk..
Hey there!
Kcet , NATA and jee main paper 2 based admissions are not related. So, you just have to produce documents from the examination you are using for your admission procedure. You don't need documents from other architectural examinations in the counselling procedure.
Dear candidate,
As you have not mentioned any category so I am considering as general category. Getting admission into any college depends upon the previous years cutoffs, number of candidates appeared, seat intake, difficulty level of exam and category. As per your marks you have tough chances of getting Sir JJ college of architecture because cutoff usually goes to 165 or high.If you are from home state and any other category than general then you have good chances . Its a kind of 50-50 situation.
But you will get clear scene after counselling. Moreover if you want to apply then first step is counselling . You should also have scored 60% at least in 12th with PCM. So you need to go to Sir JJ college of Architecture official website and apply for counselling. After this the merit list will be prepared based on the result of the counselling and NATA score. The seat will be allotted to the candidates as per the counselling round 1, 2 and 3. Finally you will further get a seat if you are selected.

Moreover if in case you didn't get any seat in Sir JJ college then you can also go for other colleges because you have a good score in NATA. So for this I am attaching a link for some top colleges of architecture.

Hope you grab a seat .
All the best!
You have very good score in NATA. So, your normalized merit score will be = 172/4+93/2 = 89.5 .As you have not mentioned any category so I am considering for general category. Getting admission into any college depends upon certain factors like cutoff trends, difficulty level of exam, candidates appeared for exam, seat intake and category of student. However, with your score you have pretty good chances of getting top colleges of architecture. Some of the colleges that you can have are:-
Public/Government Colleges:-
Private College :-
Moreover you can also check from the below link for further details.
Hope you grab the opportunity.
Hello aspirant,
With 160+, one may get a good government seat
With 130-160, one may get a descent private seat
With 110-130, one may get a private seat
So, you may get a private college obviously. You may get also a top level private college but chances are less.
Thankyou

You have to apply online on the MHT CET portal to get admission into UG Architecture courses.
Since the results are not out of some exams , as a result teh centralized cap process dates are yet to be announced.
But you have to visit the official MHT CET website time to time for regular updates. The dates will be updated as soon as the officials announce the complete schedule on the official website.
Getting admission into a good NATA college depends fairly on your merit score which is calculated by considering your NATA score and boards scores.
So, basically, in order to calculate your overall score, you have to divide the NATA score by 4, and your CBSE result by 2, and add them to find your merit out of 100. Normally colleges accept a student who has 60+ or 65+ . Your merit is coming to a total of 67 which does give you a chance in some colleges.
You can have a look at the list of colleges accepting NATA score that is given below,
Hi,
NATA cut off for 2020 is 30 out of 120 marks in MCQ, 20 out of 80 marks in drawing, and an aggregate of 70 out of 200.
This is just the qualifying cut off. Each college has its own cut off range. To know more about NATA counselling, cut off and admission details, visit careers360 website.
