National Aptitude Test in Architecture
Dear Aspirant,
Congratulations on securing a good rank in NATA architecture under KCET. You have great chances of being a part of one of the best government institutions where you can pursue your career in B.Arch. Furthermore, you have a solid backup of OBC category reservation which shall be able to cement a seat in one of the prestigious institute of the state.
The only problem in this aspect is that there are only a few number of government institutions available in the state and the rest are private institutes. There are like 88 colleges that offer a course in Architecture in Karnataka.
The public colleges where you may seek admission are:-
1. University of Mysore
2. University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering.
The five public-private Institutes where you can get admission in are:-
1. Impact Polytechnic College
2. APS Polytechnic College
3. Anjuman E College
4. AI Khateeb Polytechnic College
5. JSS Polytechnic College.
Before joining any of these Institutes, make sure that you compare them against each other to know by yourself which is the better college for you to pursue graduation. In order to compare colleges, all you need to do is to just click on this URL:-

Hello Aspirant,
Yes, even non Maharashtra candidates can get admission into JJ college of Architecture Mumbai. Seats are reserved for both state quota candidates and other state Candidates as well.
If you score a very good high score in NATA exam, then you may definitely get admission into this college despite being a non Maharashtra candidate. Also you must also have a very good 11th standard grade which increases possibility of admissions.
Since for taking admission into this college, you must have a good score in both NATA and boards exams.
The number of seats available is less which is approximately 67. So, you would need a pretty good NATA score to take admission into this college.
You must apply for the exam, then register for councelling process, and also check merit lists to take admission.
For more information and details, you may visit the official website of the college
Hope that helps. Good luck
My suggestion would be not considering IIT Patna Metallurgy, as it is quite a new branch with newer unexperienced faculty and lesser research facilities and prospects. Any Core Branch in IIT, takes atleast 10 years to become game changers in specific research domains and education. Perhaps at the same probable rank, I believe you will surely Make into Metallurgical Engineering IIT BBSR, Mining Machinery or Environmental at IIT ISM Dhanbad or Ceramic Engineering at IIT BHU. These 4 courses have better placements and have experienced Faculty and Research prospects besides having excellent Infrastructure and Outlook being Older Technical Institutes. All the Best.

as you have not mentioned the name of college , i would like to mention cutoff of a few colleges in india which are top colleges accepting scores and respective fee's structure.

NATA 2020 Cutoff release date September 2020 (Tentative)

Minimum Score in Aptitude and Mathematics 20 Marks
some of the eligibility criteria would be:

Dear candidate,
As you have not mentioned any category so I am assuming it to be general. As per previous years trends the cutoff for Bharthi Vidyapeeth Pune usually goes around 100 . So you may grab a seat at this college but your admission will depend on the factors like seat availability, difficulty level of exam, category, rank etc. Moreover it is really hard to predict because your score lies near to the cutoff .But you can check the details by mentioned link.
