MY NATA MARKS IS 96/200 I JUST WANT TO ASK THAT CAN I GET A SEAT IN GOOD ARCHITECTURE COLLEGE OR IN A BAD COLLEGE ?? AND I AM FROM KARNATAKA

Guljabin Quadri 27th Sep, 2020

Hello,

NATA marks of 96 are good enough to get you to admission highest level universities thus you'll need to go to bring down positioned schools. In any case, there are a couple of new and developing schools that are greatly improved then B grade universities yet being new are positioned lower. You ought to apply there.

Is state board level preparation enough for NATA exam (especially for maths) ?

Aishwary Jaiswal 27th Sep, 2020

hello aspirant,

NATA entrance examination is all about 2D, 3D, perspective drawing, and also aesthetic sensitivity tests. Therefore, if you want to achieve the ideal theory or concept behind successful marks, there’s no actual book that can help in this regard. The patterns keep changing, and thus, staying within a boundary becomes a bit complicated.  You need to have several reference books for a clear discernment drawing, shade shadow, toning, etc. Getting to the advanced mode, always stay focused on the upcoming architects, building, materials used, and others.

Maths: When the question is Maths, it is suggested to go through the CBSE books as most of the sums are clearly explained. The type of Maths that comes in NATA examination is usually a lot easier than other tests.

hope that helps

I got 89%tile in jee 2. and 130.5 in nata . in which college in Maharashtra I will get admission

Neha 27th Sep, 2020

Dear candidate,

Congratulations for securing such good scores in both the exams. Firstly as you have not provided your category ,so I will be going with General category and giving details on the basis of that. As per your percentile in JEE Paper-2 you can get some decent colleges other than NIT's .For getting admission into NIT you need at least 93-95 percentile because there are several other factors like number of candidates appearing, cutoff trends, seats available , category and ranks that determines  whether you will be getting a seat or not. If you want to go with the private colleges then you can easily get it but firstly try with government colleges . Better you go first with the counselling process then you will get a clear scene. If you want to predict your college then you can do with our tool. The link is below.

  1. Vidhyavardhan Institute of Design and Architecture,Nashik
  2. CTES College of Architecture ,Chembur,Mumbai

I got 102 in nata and 58.77%in hsc. Can i get Rachna sansad or Dr Baliram Hairy institute of architecture?

arpan00002 29th Sep, 2020

Hi aspirant,

You got 102 in nata & 58.77% in your hsc.

For Rachna Sansad college,

For, Academy Of Architecture (Aided)

Cut off marks is around 155.36

State rank cutoff - 70 to 85

For, Academy Of Architecture (Unaided)

Cut off  marks is 160

State rank cutoff - 80 to 95

Again, for Dr Baliram Hairy Institute of architecture, one should be with nata marks around 200 or more than 160.

So, you have less chances to get these colleges. You may get descent private colleges with your nata score.

All the best!!
