Yes you can get hostel facility if you report at college in between 15th to 20th of July, 2019 and avail the hostel facility. IHM Pusa has girl's hostel facility. Hostel is provided to all the girls in the first year of admission.

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of NCHM,you seems to have very less chance of getting seat in IHM with open category rank.you need rank under 8k with general category rank.Getting colleges with this score is very less.Look for other entrance examination.
