Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of NCHM JEE CUTTOFF,you seems to have decent chance of getting IHM CALCUTTA or other IHM colleges with OBC quota.Rank should be under 15k with OBC quota to secure seats in IHM Colleges.I am providing you link of previous year cuttoff of NCHM :
