You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a rank of 1,80,324 in NCHMCT it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the central government or state government IHM's when comparing the results of previous years. But you can try for any private institutes. Also, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
