As NCHMCT is an exam to join IHM's so definitely there will be a 10% reservation for EWS students. But make sure that you have an EWS reservation certificate to apply for counseling.

Every year National Council For Hotel Management and Catering Technology use to conduct the NCHMCT JEE exam that to be only once in a year. This year NTA will conduct the NCHMCT 2019 exam, it also conducts the exam once in a year. So, no, there is no chance for a retest.

 The expected cut off for ihm Gandhinagar in  general category is 2701 . Hence it will be little difficult for you to make it to ihm Gandhinagar. This is a expected cutoff hence you must have got the idea of the cut off ranks  .   All the best for future .
