Yes there are chances you can get admission into IHM Mumbai apply for second round of counselling if you get a rank till 400 then you can definitely get admission into IHM Mumbai.

I got 11570 rank in Nchm jee and OBC quota,so will I be able to get addmission in ihm pusa or ihm mumbai?

As you are OBC there are chances you can get admission in IHM Mumbai and Pune.

Apply for second round of counselling waiy for the results there are chances that you can get in mumbai and pune if not IHM has its college all around India you can get in some other IHM college.
