You get the result after 2-2.5 months.
SSB call if you are selected.
Then after about a month you head to the SSB center accoridng to the call.

This depends on the cadets ,in which field one would get to serve the nation. 

Actually youngsters are not given desk jobs in NDA . Mainly high ranked officers and the one who has served for long time gets desk job.

NDA exam has three stages and written exam play a vital role. To qualify the written exam, it is advisable that candidates should practise math questions regularly. Prepare english grammar thoroughly and keep yourself updated with current affairs and gk.
