Yes you are eligible for NDA , you don't need not to worry to about this as NIOS is recognised board of MHRD and so the certificate is valid to appear for entrance examination such as NDA and other competitive entrance examination.

Here is the eligibility criteria for nda  2019, according to this only unmarried male candidatewhose age is  between 16.5 and 19.5 yearsand have passed or appearing in class 12 (10+2) examination can give the test.for nda 1 a candidate  must be born between

• SSC Marksheet and Certificate(if required)
• HSC Marksheet and Certificate(if required)
• Degree Marksheet and Certificate(if required)
• If Degree appeared then Previous Semester Marksheet.
• Nationality or School Leaving Certificate(or latest) or Passport.
• Domicile Certificate or Birth Certificate.

only those candidates are eligible to apply for improvement if they pass class 12th examination. And for NDA a candidate should have passed class 12th from any stream for Army and he should have passed class 12th with pcm for Navy, Air Force and Indian Naval Academy.
