The results of nda exams are generally released after 1.5- 2 months from the exam is held.
Then, after the release of results you get call for ssb rounds which will be after 1 month from the date of release of the results.

Both NDA phase1 and NDA phase2 are different from each other. I mean, its not at all compulsory to give nda1 to appear in nda2.
Basically, its like the nda exam is conducted twice a year to give admissions to candidates.
