Hello Rajendra,  Yes CDS officers have more salary as compare to NDA officers. Salary for NDA officer starts form 21k while , a CDS officers salary starts from 45-50 K. And the salary goes on as per the post. But NDA is more better because students can apply for NDA

No, you can't because you have to pass 12 with at least 65 to make it till final merit. Your compartment is a danger sign for you, you should opt for better options where you can have a chance with your level of competition.
