Hello,
The eligiblity criteria for NDA examination is

Student must be of more than 16.5 years of age and less than 19.5 years of age at the time of course joining

For NDA 2 2019 age limit is to be between 2nd Jan 2001 to 2nd Jan 2004.
So, you are not eligible to appear for NDA 2 2019
Your age and height do not matter in taking NDA exam.
