i think you're asking about nda 2 exam's age limit.if yes,you can apply for nda 2 2019.

because the age restriction for the candidate is from  2nd Jul 2000 to 2nd Jul 2003.

we can't say about your joining now.but you can give nda exam after clearing it you'll be under a medical tests.if the medical test gives postive ,then only you'll be able to join.to know more,please refer this link:
