After 12th you can go for various recruitment rallies conducted by the army like TGS etc.you can also go for your graduation(b.tech) and go for either university entry scheme (they will select you for SSB through college only )or technical entry for short service commission jobs and get officer

So to become pilot, do your graduation and write CDS OR AFCAT written exam.
After clearing this exam you have to clear 5 days SSB interview.
Clear medical.
Then you will be pilot for Indian Armed Forces and
you can appply for NDA after 10+2 at:
