AVINASH KUMAR 11th Apr, 2022

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well..

No you are not eligible for NDA as your eye sight not fits in eligibility criteria for NDA. As per NDA eligibility criteria eyesight limit for Navy and Air-Force is of -0.75 (of myopia) to +1.5 (of Hypermetropia). Minimum Distant vision 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in other, correctable to 6/6 only for Hypermetropia. So as you have -3.0D then you aren't eligible to pass the medical test.

i finished my NDA-1 exam ,the results arent out yet ,can i apply for nda - 2? the results of nda 1 and the last date to submit nda 2 application both are in June so i am confused

piyush singh 10th Apr, 2022

Yes ,

You can apply for NDA 2  , your result of NDA 1 does not matter in case of NDA 2  .

Since you have given NDA 1 you must be having a pretty good idea about the examination pattern and the types of questions asked , now you also have an good enough idea about your weakness so work on it and improve  your performance next time. Solve as many as question papers you can solve as previous year questions are the most useful and important material for preparation .
