Am i eligible for nda in flying branch if I have additional mathematics with pcb in class 12

Aditya 12th Apr, 2022

Hi aspirant,

Yes you would be eligible for entry into Indian Air force through NDA examination because you meet the required criteria. As per the rules a candidate needs to have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as his/her subject in senior secondary education to be eligible for the air force and Navy wings of NDA while mathematics is required for entry into Indian military. But I would want to tell there would be no relaxations or anything such for  you would have to clear the required cutoffs for the mathematics as well as general aptitude section along with the overall cut off.

Hope it helps!

How to prepare for NDA from class 8th.

Anushri Varshney 11th Apr, 2022

Hi there,

As per your query ,

Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam in any stream from a recognized Board . Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board. There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination . Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

For written you just have to rely on 11th and 12th cbse syllabus, ncert books solely and a bit of current affairs at that time . You should have the detailed syllabus for NDA exam, and you can match it with cbse 10+2 syllabus. For ssb you should contact any ssb preparation centre after clearing written exam.
