You can choose any of PCMB or PCM. Choosing both maths and biology can be difficult to manage in PCMB so if you don't want to get into medical field then no need to go for PCMB, you can go for PCM and will be eligible for all the three i. e Army, Airforce & navy wing of NDA. So, take your time and then decide .

You get 2 hours and 30 minutes for each paper.
*SSB interview :- If you clear written examination then you will called for a 5 day SSB interview

So you cannot get in to Medical field through NDA. There are two ways you can serve in Defence in Medical Field after passing in 10+2

You should fill the form for JEE Mains 1 just to observe the type of questions and not as a serious attempt , since you have your NDA on 10th April give your full attention to it and then from the next day or two start your JEE preparation .
Also you are a dropper so you must be having a pretty good idea about the paper and also good preparation this time , give your best on the JEE Mains 2 .
