Neet PG 2025 application they asked to upload medical council registration certificate of mbbs qualification . But I have uploaded mbbs degree certificate. i would like to know it will accept or not. If affect means How do I correct my application.

Afreen 18th Apr, 2025

In NEET PG 2025, uploading your MBBS degree certificate instead of the medical council registration certificate is likely to cause issues, as the registration certificate is a mandatory document. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) may ask you to rectify the issue by opening a correction window, but if not, you may need to contact the NBE for assistance.

Elaboration:

Mandatory Documents:

The NEET PG application process requires specific documents, including the medical council registration certificate for MBBS qualification, as mentioned on the NEET PG application form, as well as the MBBS degree certificate.

Potential for Disqualification:

Uploading the wrong document may lead to your application being rejected or delayed due to verification problems during the counselling process.

Correction Window (If Available):

The NBE may provide a correction window to rectify errors in the application form. You should check for such a window and use it to upload the correct medical council registration certificate if it is available.

Contacting the NBE (If No Correction Window):

If a correction window is not provided or you miss the opportunity, you should contact the NBE through the official channels (phone number, email, or online form) to inquire about the possibility of making the correction. Explain the situation and ask for guidance on how to upload the correct document

Verification during Counselling:

During the NEET PG counselling process, your documents, including the medical council registration certificate, will be verified to ensure your eligibility for the program. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.

Hlo . Im Dr Aswathy . I working for last 2 years in a rural primary health centre under contract basis , Im I eligible for service quota in neet pg .

Anishka Arya 17th Apr, 2025

Hello Dr. Aswathy,

It's commendable that you've been serving in a rural primary health center on a contract basis for the past two years. However, as you've noted, the lack of timely salary payments is a significant concern. This issue has been observed in various regions. For instance, in Nagpur, medical officers appointed on contract for 11 months in primary health centers have reported not receiving their salaries for several months, leading some to consider leaving their positions.

Similarly, in Chennai, contract doctors working in urban primary health centers are paid 35,000 per month, which many find inadequate given the demands of their roles. Some doctors have expressed dissatisfaction with the low pay and lack of career progression opportunities, leading to resignations.

The situation you're experiencing reflects a broader issue faced by contract medical professionals in rural areas. While these positions are crucial for providing healthcare services in underserved regions, the challenges related to salary delays and inadequate compensation can impact the morale and retention of healthcare workers.

If you're seeking advice or support regarding this matter, feel free to share more details, and I'll do my best to assist you.

hope this will help u.

What if i scored 150 marks in Neet so can i get admission in your college

SUKRITI GUPTA 30th Apr, 2025

Getting admission to medical colleges in India for undergraduate programs like MBBS or BDS is primarily based on your score and rank in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). A score of 150 in NEET is generally considered quite low. The cutoff scores for admission to most medical and dental colleges, whether government or private, are significantly higher than this.

To provide you with a clearer understanding, the National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the qualifying NEET cutoff scores each year. For the general category, the qualifying percentile is typically around the 50th percentile. The corresponding marks for this percentile usually fall well above 150. For reserved categories, the cutoff percentile is lower, but the corresponding marks are still likely to be higher than 150 for most recognized medical and dental colleges.

Therefore, with a NEET score of 150, it would be extremely difficult to secure a seat in any recognized medical or dental college in India through the standard NEET counselling process, regardless of the location.

If you are interested in pursuing a career in the medical field, it might be worthwhile to consider other allied health science courses or explore options for appearing in NEET again in subsequent years with better preparation. You could also research alternative career paths within the healthcare sector that do not require a NEET score.

In conclusion, as I am not a college, I cannot offer you admission. Furthermore, a NEET score of 150 is generally too low to secure admission in most medical or dental colleges in India.

I update my aadhar card photo last 2 year on that time my face was chubby but now my face is slim so I need to update my aadhar card for NEET 2025 ???

Tanisha chaudhary 1st May, 2025

HEY THERE!!!!

You do NOT need to update your Aadhaar card photo for NEET 2025 just because your face is slimmer now, as long as your Aadhaar card details (name, date of birth, gender, etc.) are correct and match your NEET application.

Key Points:

  • For NEET 2025, Aadhaar card is a valid and often required photo ID, but the photo on Aadhaar does not have to be a perfect match to your current appearance as long as it is clear and you can be identified (https://www.iquanta.in/blog/permissible-ids-for-neet-registration-2025/) .

  • The main requirement is that your Aadhaar number and details are valid, up-to-date, and match what you fill in the NEET application form .

  • NEET exam authorities will also require you to bring your admit card with a recent passport-size photo affixed, and you must upload a recent photograph (as per NEET guidelines) during the application process .

  • If your Aadhaar photo is very old or unrecognizable (for example, from childhood), it is advisable to update it, but it is not mandatory for minor facial changes like weight loss .

  • If you wish to update your Aadhaar photo, you must visit an Aadhaar Seva Kendra in person; it cannot be done online .

What to Do:

  • If your Aadhaar card photo is clear and you can be identified, you do not need to update it for NEET 2025.

  • If you feel the photo is too outdated or unrecognizable, you may update it at your convenience, but it is not compulsory for NEET.

  • Ensure the rest of your Aadhaar details are correct and match your NEET application to avoid verification issues .

Summary:
A slimmer face is not a problem. You do not need to update your Aadhaar photo for NEET 2025 unless your current photo is unrecognizable. Focus on uploading a recent passport-size photo for the NEET application and make sure all your Aadhaar details are correct and up-to-date.

How the dressing code for neet for muslim

SUKRITI GUPTA 30th Apr, 2025

For Muslim candidates appearing for NEET 2025, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has made specific provisions within the general dress code to accommodate religious customs. Female Muslim candidates who wear a hijab or burkha as part of their customary religious attire are permitted to do so.

However, there is a crucial condition that must be met: candidates intending to wear customary religious dress must have selected the "customary dress code" option during the filling of the NEET 2025 application form. This is to inform the examination authorities beforehand.

Furthermore, candidates who opt for customary religious attire are required to report to the examination center well in advance of the standard reporting time. The NTA typically advises such candidates to arrive at least one to two hours before the last reporting time. This extra time is necessary to allow for thorough security checks and frisking without causing any inconvenience to the candidate or disrupting the examination process for others.

The purpose of these guidelines is to maintain the integrity of the examination while respecting the religious beliefs of the candidates. By reporting early, female candidates wearing a hijab or burkha can undergo the necessary security procedures, ensuring that no prohibited items are concealed, and can then proceed to take the exam without any issues.

Therefore, if a Muslim female candidate has selected the "customary dress code" option in her application, she will be allowed to wear a hijab or burkha on the day of the NEET 2025 examination, provided she adheres to the reporting time specified for such candidates to facilitate the security checks.
