MBBS:

Government colleges (AIQ/State Quota): Not likely.

Private colleges: Possible in some states with lower cutoffs (e.g., UP).

Other Courses:

BDS: Good chances, especially in govt. dental colleges.

AYUSH (BAMS, BHMS, etc.): High chances.

If you fall into a reserved category, you have a high chance of getting a BDS seat at a private Dental College. In some areas, you may even be able to get a seat at a government or semi government institution with a NEET score of 300.

Yes, if you pass the Neet test with the NTA established minimum cut off scores, you can use your school to get admission to private colleges for MBBS.  You can try for private colleges in a state like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Andhra Pradesh.

Your prospects of getting into government medical institutions are very slim with score 350 marks in NEET 2025. But You still have chances of being admitted to a private medical colleges or deemed Universities through management quota or NRI quotas with expensive cost.
