i am getting a message that either you have invalid input or you are not eligible. I have checked everything and I am also eligible. This question is for neet 2025 counselling

Shivani Chaurasia 9th Sep, 2025

Hello swarnanjali!

It's a very common situation to face during NEET counselling so do not worry. The invalid input error and not eligible might have come because of several reasons like there might be a server issue from their site itself. For this you can try after some time. If it does not resolve then you can consider other solutions.

You are saying that you have checked everything but many times there are issue which go unnoticed because of this consistent notion that we have checked everything. Therefore, you should check and match every detail of your documents as spelling or some mismatch may also cause not eligible issues.

After this if you are 100% sure that each and every detail is alright then it's possible that you have not registered but trying to login or you are not meeting the cutoff criteria.

If all of these are well in your application yet you are getting this message then you must contact the MCC directly via email or helpline number as soon as possible. You can also check there FAQs section for more queries.

Keep calm and stay focused, you will definitely find a solution to this.

my state rank in neet is 6700 and im an oc and have army quota do u think i can get it?

Nikita shahi 23rd Jul, 2025

Hii,

Thank you for your question. With a state rank of 6700 in NEET and belonging to the Open Category (OC) while also holding eligibility under the Army quota, you do have a fair chance of securing a medical seat, depending on the cutoffs and reservation policies of your state counselling authority. The Army quota  provides you a   certain number of seats for wards of defense personnel, which can improve your chances, especially if you're applying under the appropriate scheme and have all the required documentation such as an eligibility certificate from the respective Army authority.

However, admission possibilities also depend on other factors such as your preferred course MBBS/BDS/BAMS, etc., type of college government/private, and the counselling round.

I recommend that you visit your respective state's NEET counselling portal and check last year's cutoff for your category under the army quota. Also, make sure you have registered under the correct quota during counselling

Hope you will find it helpful!

For admission in bachelor in physiotherapy course neet is required?? And when will registration open for bpt course

Abhilasha Agrawal 23rd Jul, 2025

Most govt. and reputed colleges take CUET-UG (like IPU, DU, BHU). Some private/state universities conduct their own entrance test or offer direct admission based on 12th marks.

Eligibility:

  • Must have passed 10+2 with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
  • Minimum marks: usually 50% (45% for reserved categories).

I score 226 marks in neet this year so I have any chance of getting sharda medical College in mop up round

Rahul Mandal 22nd Jul, 2025

Hello,

Sorry, but still you can't get admission to the Sharda Medical College in the mop-up round. Because your marks are very low, and the cutoff for the MBBS degree in this college is very high, like you need a minimum of 500 marks to get admission to this college. Even with this, marks are unlikely to get admission in BDS or Ayush course in a private college. But you can try for a management quota or apply to another college where you meet the cutoff if you belong to a reserved category.

I hope it clears your query!!

I got 370 marks in neet having sc category can i get mbbs seat in private medical college under convener quota

gopi 22nd Jul, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

With 370 marks in NEET and in the SC category, you have a decent possibility to get an MBBS seat in private medical college in the convener quota especially in states as Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, or Karnataka, where the cutoff for private colleges in SC category are relatively lower. However, it depends on various factors such as:

  • Your domicile state
  • The number of SC applicants in your state
  • The cutoff trends of that year
  • Availability of seats in the private colleges in the government quota

Can you suggest me any good government college for bds and bams if I have secured a rank of 126712 in neet ug 2025

Rahul Mandal 22nd Jul, 2025

Hello,

If your rank is 126712 in NEET UG 2025, you have a low to moderate chance in the AIR quota, unless you belong to a reserved category. But still you have a good chance in the state quota because state cutoffs are low compared to the AIR, or All India Rank quota. So, you can try for state quota if BDS and BAMS seat in these states are like

  • Uttar Pradesh
  • Bihar
  • Madhya Pradesh
  • Chhattisgarh
  • Himachal Pradesh
  • Odisha

I hope it resolves your query!!

Abhilasha Agrawal 23rd Jul, 2025

Based on your NEET rank, score and percentile your chances of getting GMC for MBBS college are very good.

In All India Quota you can get low tier GMCs, but if your have the state domicile of Rajasthan, MP, UP or Tamil Nadu you can get top tier GMCs also.

i got 438 marks in neet 2025. can i get free seat in all india quota in ap or tg or other states . my category is BC-A

Abhilasha Agrawal 25th Jul, 2025

With 438 marks in NEET 2025 and BC-A category, your chances of getting a free government MBBS seat under All India Quota in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or other states are very slim, as AIQ cutoff for BC category generally stays above 500–530 marks.

However, you may have some chance in state quota counseling in Andhra Pradesh or telangana in BDS, BAMS, or BHMS courses, especially in semi-government or private colleges.

Bams without neet and with neet

Abhi sonkar 22nd Jul, 2025

good afternoon, for admission to BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) in India, the NEET UG exam is the primary and mandatory entrance test for most colleges  both government and private.

NEET UG is conducted by NTA and is the only accepted exam for BAMS admission under the Ministry of AYUSH guidelines2.

Admission is granted through central (AACCC) and state-level counseling based on NEET scores.

No other national-level exam is accepted for BAMS in regular colleges.

A few deemed universities or minority institutions may offer BAMS seats without NEET, often through management quota or direct admission, but these are limited and not widely recognized.

Some state-level entrance exams (like CETs) used to exist but have largely been phased out in favor of NEET.

pleaseprovide the list of deemed medical colleges for choice filling in all india quota mccc counsellimg . my neet rank is 725866 in all india quota and general category rank is 218983 . preference state is northen states

Ayush Madanpotra 5th Aug, 2025

Based on your NEET rank of 725866 and general category rank of 218983, you can try for some deemed medical colleges under the All India Quota in MCC counselling. Your preferred region is northern India, but most deemed colleges in northern states close at better ranks than yours. Still, there are a few options that might be available to you in choice filling.

Here are some deemed colleges where the closing rank last year was higher than your rank, so you may have a chance:

Shri Satya Sai Medical College and Research Institute in Kanchipuram had closing rank around 1332973
SBKS Medical Institute and Research Centre in Vadodara had closing rank around 596197
Yenepoya Medical College in Mangalore under Muslim minority quota had closing rank around 402577
Manipal Tata Medical College in Jamshedpur had closing rank around 82158
Amrita School of Medicine in Faridabad had closing rank around 286837

Top deemed colleges like KMC Manipal, KMC Mangalore, Hamdard Institute in Delhi, and Symbiosis Medical College in Pune had closing ranks around 50000 to 65000. These are out of reach at your rank.

So you can consider filling these five colleges in your MCC counselling choice list. These are not all in northern states, but they are among the very few that accepted students with higher ranks.

Also keep in mind that deemed colleges have high fees, usually between Rs 15 lakh to Rs 25 lakh per year. You should check the latest fee and cut-off details on the official MCC website.
