Hello RajShree,Chances are  high that it applicable on state levels but actually it depends on various sub juridiction and other paper works by government.May be term is applicable on state entrance for various exams but not for neet immediately.

Dear Megha, there is no cap on the maximum no. of limits for attempting NEET PG. However, you can only register for the exam once every accademic year. This applies for MDS too.
