You can apply for Kerala state counselling if you meet any of the point given below:

Candidates should either be an Indian origin, or a person of Kerala origin, or a Person of Indian Origin(PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) with roots in Kerala.

Aspirants who are wards of non-Keralite parents but have completed their MBBS from the medical colleges in the state and have opted for Kerala as their domicile will also be eligible for Kerala PG medical admission 2019.
