You need to check the official website for the fees, stipend and other details of a particular college as it varies year wise and also college to college hence  the Adminstration can provide the information.

Dear Shivani, only those candidates who have qualified in NEET PG can fill in the counselling forms for both State Counselling and All India Counselling. This applies to all Government/Privaye and Management quota seats. Infact the system will not allow you to register if you haven't qualified in NEET PG.
