As per the notice released by MoHFW, the cut off of NEET PG 2020 has been reduced by 20 percentile for each category .
The new cutoff percentile for SC student is 25th and marks is 230
The old cutoff percentile for SC

Analysing last year cutoff for NEET PG for SC category student to get a government MD seat are approximately 230 marks

As cutoff changes every year so, marks may increase to get government seat
