In order to get questions which appeared in NEET UG from chapter 1 of class 11th and 12th, you can refer to previous year question papers or books containing solved previous year question papers such as MTG's NCERT Fingertips, MTG's NEET Champion etc.,

"If a candidate does not report at the allotted institute in Round-1, this will be considered as ‘Free Exit’.(option available only in Round-1). However, candidates who have not joined (the Round-1 allotted seat) by availing the free exit option, may participate again in Round-2

Admission chances in the colleges can be predicted on the basis of rank, since you have not mentioned your NEET PG All India Rank, it is difficult to tell you the admission chances.
Also, NEET PG 2020 provisional seat allotment list for round 1 has been declared by MCC.
