Going by previous All India cut offs and your rank you may have decent chances in:

Osmania Medical College: Anatomy

VMMC: Bio Chemistry, Physiology

Grant Medical College: Physiology

BMCRI: Anatomy

IMS, BHU: Physiology

Having said that, this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors

Going by previous All India cut offs and your rank you may have decent chances in the following Medical Colleges:

JSS Medical College: Anaesthesia

MGM Medical College, Aurangabad: Opthamology

Sri Devraj Urs Academy: Orthopaedics

BLDE University: Paediatrics

D.Y.Patil Medical College: Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Ews reservation for economically weaker society is only for those whose family income is less than 8 lakhs annually and they are not covered under any scheme.
Ews quota reservation under central counselling is only valid for these colleges:
Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi
VMMC, new Delhi
UCMS,

Based on this NEET PG rank the chances are less to get DNB OBG. You can have the chance to get College of Medicine and JNM Hospital, Kalyani- DNB Pharmacology, National Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, New Delhi- DNB microbiology post MBBS.

There is 10% reservation for EWS across all Government/Private Medical Colleges along with Deemed/Central Universities. A Candidate belonging to General Category who doesn't avail any beneifts from OBC,SC,ST reservations and whose annual family income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs per annum is eligible to apply for EWS
