See if your marks are great and there is no issue with your eligibility criteria,  always go for the Government college as per my experience.  A degree from a government college has much more value than a private Institute.  Even if they are teaching a lot more but an interviewer

Fee of government medical colleges offering PG medical courses just starts from 10k and goes up to 1 Lakh per annum which is way way less than the typical private institutes.

While deciding a medical college we must also keep in mind particular branch of that medical college.

Yes there will a big problem during the time of admission if you have entered wrong information in the application form.  As all exam committees always say in the brochure that any discrepancies in the form found can lead to cancellation of your seat. Now there is no way to
