The minimum required percentile for AP PG medical admission is 40th percentile for OBC category. So you may have a chance of entering colleges for MD pathology if you percentile is above the mentioned percentile. Follow link for details-

See if your marks are great and there is no issue with your eligibility criteria,  always go for the Government college as per my experience.  A degree from a government college has much more value than a private Institute.  Even if they are teaching a lot more but an interviewer

Fee of government medical colleges offering PG medical courses just starts from 10k and goes up to 1 Lakh per annum which is way way less than the typical private institutes.

While deciding a medical college we must also keep in mind particular branch of that medical college.
