Since the official cut-offs are not out yet, according to the previous years cut-off given your rank, it is possible for you to get a clinical seat in a Government College or a Private/Deemed College.

If you got seat in All India Counselling then you are not eligible for DNB counselling. The list of joined candidates is circulated by MCC to states, nbe(who conducts the counselling).

Take a look at the previous year data to get an idea of how many would have registered this year .For NEET PG 2019, a total of 1,43,148 candidates had registered out of which 79,633 candidates qualified

NEET PG 2020 exam has been conducted by NBE on January 5, 2020. As per the analysis, exam was lengthy and difficult as compared to the last year.

Nalanda Medical College: Community Medicine

Chances would be less to get admission in Anaesthesiology based on your rank through All India Counselling. You can get management quota seats in Deemed Universities.
