i dont exactly understand. was it centralised or state counselling? and which round was this? maybe you can try talking to the counselling authorities. as much as i know, you wont be able to to anything about it if you missed the counselling itself. but still i think

The maximum age is 25 years for general students .
So you can attempt neet only till 25 years .
There is further 5 more years relaxation given to OBC sc st students .
