National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate
Hello!
The chances of getting a government seat with 128 marks are extremely low, (close to nil) as most government colleges require at lease 500+ marks, even considering your category and state quota.
We suggest you look into private medical colleges. Here's a list:

hello
Private medical colleges in Tamil Nadu providing admission under management quota are listed on this link, but the eligibility is passing NEET UG/ NEET PG depending upon course that you are looking for. For non-minority self-financing colleges, 20% of seats are reserved for management quota.
For Religious self-financing colleges,
Hello dear candidate.
Yes, you may start applying for MBBS and BDS courses, under state Quota, once the admission process begins.
You would be first called for your counseling, based on your merit rank and explained the further procedure. Please wait till then.
As you fall under an OBC category, there are seat reservations for you.
You should apply under State Quota.
Based on your score in NEET examination, There are high chances that you will get a seat in MBBS, in self financed colleges.
Hello
Cutoff marks for admission to government medical colleges through All India Quota are high. With 325 marks, chances seem to be less of getting a seat in government medical colleges.
You can try through state counselling and in deemed universities.
Good Luck!
I regret informing you this, but at this score, I see low possibilities of getting into any government college for MBBS course.
However, you might try for any self financed seat in any private college, under state Quota, if you have a state domicile.
Dear Candidate
See as per your Marks-210 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.
You cannot get into any government medical college
According to your marks, you have decent chances to get a seat in medical colleges of Tamil Nadu through state counseling. You can get a seat in the following medical colleges:
PSG Institute of Medical Sciences Govt. Quota
