Even if you belong to ST category, though your rank will decrease a bit but that cannot gurguaran you to get a clinical branch in a Government College. You might get a Public- Private Partnership colleges.

If you want admiAdmis through All India Rank, then it might not be possible for you to get Anaesthesia. If you want to go through state rank list, you might have a chance of getting into Anaesthesia in a private college.

The Mop-up round of All India Quota is only for Central and Deemed Universities. This counselling is mainly conducted to fill up the vacant seats there. For Government  and Private Colleges we are already performing state quota and All India Quota counselling, after which there are hardly any
