As per the new norms of CBSE NEET, the admission to all courses related to medicine such as MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS and AYUSH courses this year will be through the NEET UG examination only. So in addition to securing the minimum percentage of marks in the board
DGHS, the counselling conducting body of NEET PG 2018 has started the counselling of NEET PG 2018 on March 17, 2018.

There are little chances that you get as there are less seats in PG.
As per the eligibility criteria given by CBSE for NEET PG, there is no upper or lower age limit for appearing.

It is not possible to know about last rank . I can only give information about cutoff for all category the revised neet pg cutoff score was lower than initially released percentile. For general category was 42.5(compares to the usual rule of 50th percentile and the equivalent cutoff score
