No. Its very difficult (nearly impossible) to get clinical seat under this rank for degree course. . Try getting a seat of diploma course viz dnb/diploma . Hope you get your desired branch in that. Good luck.

You will get dnb in medicine at a good hospital/college.however the closing rank of MD General Medicine in UR Category was AI Quota rank 2755 (NEET PG Rank 2991) in 2017. Please see below the last ranks of various state wise for neet pg 2017 for md medicine branch.

According to NEET-PG 2018 , no seprate quota is given for Economically Backward class. Reservation is given purely on the basis of caste..Also reservation are given to Physically Disabled candidates.
