See u are from one of the most crowdiest applicanya branch which itself create a high competition. Seeing the paper this year the cut off will rise due to the ease in the standard of paper.

The marks u have obtained is not enough for u to get admission in the good colleges for pursuing ur further studies in the field. The cut off for the NITIE MUMBAI is around 87 - 90 in CAT.

at 70 marks in gate ee 2019, your rank will be around 2100-2200 this year which makes it quite difficult to get NITIE in general category

76 Percentile is a decent score to have for SC category students. You have a good shot at getting calls from many top colleges. I have created a list with the cutoffs last year for SC category students in CAT. This information was availed from an RTI that was filed last year. You will be eligible for most of the IIMs.  But I would advice you to mainly look at the top ones which are IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore , IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Indore, IIM Trichy, IIM Rohtak, IIM Ranchi and IIM Raipur.  

Apart from IIMs, you can also target other top Bschools in the country such as 

•Faculty of Management Studies cutoff last year was 75 percentile

•NITIE Mumbai

•Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi

•Shailesh J Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay

•Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSoM) IIT Kharagpur

•Institute of Management and Technology, GHAZIABAD

All the B-Schools that I have listed are applicable in your case. You may get a call from all of them. But please note that getting a call and converting a call are two different things. You need to prepare well for the Group Discussion (GD) – Personal Interview (PI) – Written Ability (WAT) – Extempore rounds or any other rounds that these top schools may have.
