hey there bud,
IIMB extends and provides a financial aid to students in need of financial assistance.
various scholarship provided by them are
the whole fees situation might seem like a pickle but dont worry . because of the brand value of IIMs, BANKS came to a rescue by providing educational loans free of collateral only for iim students.(you may want to see SBI SCHOLER LOAN list for this)
IIMS might seem little pricey but the return on investment is worth every penny.
visit iim's official site for more info relating to the loan .

Hello There Aspirant!
You have a fair chance of getting a call from almost all the institutions that you have mentioned. A conversion, however, depends on Personal Interview and Group Discussion and the various other criterias of the colleges. Otherwise, you would get a call from all the colleges.
All the best
Dear aspirant,
Yes, there is no ews category for the economical weaker section in the general category. The reservation is only for general,obc,sc/st . Till now the provision for the ews category has not been implemented in the nitie college for the mba course.
But hopefully in future they would implement the category because it is the mandatory category as it is prescribed by the government.
The total fees for the mba course in nitie is around 14-15L in course of two years. The candidates needs to score 60% in their graduation degree.

Thank You.
Hello Swapnil,
You have a very good Academical record, completing CFA Level 1 will be beneficial for you also.as you are scoring 94-95 percentile in mocks of different entrance exams and in CAT, you have a very good chance of getting baby IIMs like IIM Visakhapatnam ,IIM Nagpur, IIM Trichy and NITIE, Symbiosis and other top private colleges.
2020 cut offs for baby (new) IIMs:
The selection process includes the performance of the candidate in CAT, Personal Interview, Written Ability Test and the candidate's overall profile.
If you try to get higher percentile in CAT then you will also be able to get admission in top IIMs.
Here are some of the top IIMs:
also you can try in this top MBA Institutes (Non IIM category)
Hope this helps
All the best!
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
The first thing that comes to mind when discussing extracurricular activities is community service. Contrary to popular belief, there are many more ways to demonstrate your dedication to a cause. Below is a list of things that educational institutions are on the lookout for.
Hope you got the answer to your question. Incase of any queries, feel free to question. Have a great day!
Hi Richie,
Hope you are doing well. Selection to top B-Schools like IIM A, B, C, L, K, I, XLRI, MDI, FMS, NITIE requires a you to ace in a lot of categories.
Now, the first point i.e. doing well in the entrance exam is a bare minimum but everything else is subjective. Many aspirants with decent academics get through while some with brilliant academics fail. But that doesn't mean your past acads has no value. See the point is, the professors see in you what extra attribute can you bring to the batch. If they see any spark in you, you're sure to be selected and mind you me, this spark can be anything from academics to extra- curricular activities, any special hobby that you might have or any exceptional experience you might have faced.
So to simplify and answer your question straight... Yes extra-curricular activities bring in some bounty points during PI just like exceptional academics but nothing guarantees your admission. Its you, overall that they judge. Any special abilities you might possess that separates you from the rest always becomes a turning point.
Hope this was helpful.
As you have mentioned that you have got 91.6% in 10th and 75.2% in 12th and taking into consideration that you have secured 99.7 percentile in cat so let me tell you it's a very good percentile to grab iims.
So, because of your 12th percentage there will be a certain disadvantages because it has its own weightage. But you stand fair chances for NITIE ,xlri, iim Kozhikode and some lower iims and lastly also symbiosis.
If your interet lies mostly towards the IT, Software, Product Management, Business & Analytics Industry, you may pursue PGDBA from IISc Bangalore.
However, if youre more inclined towards Managerial Roles in the Operations, Manufacturing, FMCG anf Supply Chain Sector, PGDIE from NITIE is a much better choice. Secondly, PGDIE has been known for its Operations Management Programs and has one of the Best Faculty and Placements all over India.
