• A candidate must have qualify in JEE MAIN 2019, and must have passed class 12th with 75% from a recognised board in PCM
• A candidate who was not alloted a seat in any round

At this rank, According to previous year's statistics, you won't get either Civil or Mechanical in both NIT Agartala and NIT Andhra Pradesh. Though you might get the following branches lin NIT Agartala:

• Production Engineering at  NIT Agartala
• Bio-Engineering at NIT Agartala
• Integrated M.Tech Engineering Physics at NIT

With this rank it will be difficult for you to get admission in any of the NITs even if you are able to get admission in any of the NITs even then it will be difficult for you to get a good branch. Although you can try for NIT Uttarakhand

please also mention what are the courses you are looking for and your home state . home state creates a vital difference .however if you are a outside cadidate thanit would be quite tough for you to get into it agartala . checkout the last year 's cutoffs
