It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS category is lower than the general category
However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced

But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly

Hello Aspirant, NIT Agartala is better than the IET Lucknow, because NIT agartala is ranked 15 amongst the 31 NIT and NIT is come under central government. 

There are more facilities in NIT rather than IET. The companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc.  Come in NIT, placement are quite higher than the IET

You can easily get admission in NIT, Agartala. Also you must apply for JoSSA counselling to get admission in NIT.

But it's little bit difficult to get CSE branch according to your rank. Maybe you get admission by spot round counselling. But you can get easily admission in ECE branch in NIT Agartala.

               As compared to previous years' cut off marks, you're not eligible specifically for these branches. Otherwise you can get any other branch there. Except CSE, ETC, EE and ME

For getting admission in IIT and NIT one should have to secure at least 75% in class XII(65% for SC/ST/PwD).

Dear candidate ......  

Well, you have secured 95 percentile in JEE MAINS for which you may get admission in some of the NITs like NIT AGARTALA, NIT ARUNANCHAL PRADESH, NIT SILCHAR, etc.  But you may not get a good branch like computer science engineering. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling so that you get the best branch possible in your rank.
