Yes, NIT calicut offers MSc physics course as well. But for admission in such course you have to qualify an entrance exam i.e IIT JAM.
If you are the candidate who belong to General/OBC category then you must have at least 55% aggregate in Bachelor's degree.

74.05%ile is too low to get any of the NITs.Even if you belong to any reserved category then also you will not get.
You can apply to state engineering colleges of your home state through state counselling.You may get that.
So you must apply for state counselling.

as you mention above your rank, from this rank it is impossible to get NIT CALICUT at anyhow because your rank is too low for state quota also, as nit calicut is one of the best nit of our country so it is impossible . to know
