hello, I got 86.56 percentile in JEE mains and got ST category rank 1901, Which NIT i can able to get with this rank?

Hello,

it is impossible to get IIIT campus if your rank/categorical rank is not below 6k. maximum closing rank goes upto 7k-8k depending on branch options.

there is a chance for lower NIT campus if your categorical rank is below 20k-25k.

for government institutes or universities, you can surely apply.

Hello there,
It's very difficult for you to get a seat in any NIT with 36k category rank. Your category rank should be within 4000 to 5000 maximum. Considering you come under the Home State Quota, you still have negligible chances of getting a seat in NIT Delhi. Don't worry,

As per previous year's cutoff and your JEE Main paper 2 rank in SC category you'll be eligible for some top colleges. I'll recommend you to definitely apply for your home state NIT because you'll have a higher chance of getting admission there since the cutoff is lower for

I got 91% in Maths and 88% in Physics at 12th BOARD EXAM. But got 58% in Chemistry at BOARDS..(year 2020). My overall percentage at Boards is 83%.. If I give One year drop for JEE 2021, Am I eligible to get into IITs, NITs, GFTIs, VIT, BITS or Jadavpur through their entrance exams ?

Usually xii board score for nit and IIT colleges is Minimum 75% in PCM subjects. This year due to Covid 19 pandemic, flexibility is given for xii board score. For IIT and nit admissions you must have passed xii board regardless of marks..
