It is very difficult for a general candidate (even EWS) to get a government college at this rank. You can try for private engineering colleges. Your 12th board percentage is good as well.

Sorry to say dear Ashu according to your marks or your rank you are not eligible for any NIT because you have very less score for nit admission you have to get above 90% percentile in jee mains, you have to improve you're jee mains marks if you want to admission in NIT Delhi.
