I really appreciate your hard work but 60 marks is very low to get admission in NIT but you might get admission in NIT Patna as you have the advantage of Home state quota. Never lose hope.

Special round is not reliable if you are aiming for the top branches. So, in those cases, the cutoff won't be much lower compared to the previous round.
So to be on a safer side, accept the seat in the normal round and then try for the special
