Special round is not reliable if you are aiming for the top branches. So, in those cases, the cutoff won't be much lower compared to the previous round.
So to be on a safer side, accept the seat in the normal round and then try for the special

For 152 marks in jee mains you will have general rank in range 16800-18200. For this rank you have low chances for CSE there because last year it closed for 12167 in HS quota and 5700 in OS quota.
Yes definitely DTU is better than NIT delhi. NIT
You can get national scholarships or even some private scholarship also.You can get 3k-5k per month as a scholarship.You can also check private scholarship for nits.So don't worry about it if you get a chance in nit then you can surely get a decent scholarship.

Admissions are based on JEE Mains. NTA conducts JEE Mains. If you qualify and you get a seat in the counselling, you can join NIT. There is no provision of direct admission. This is just not for NIT Delhi, but for all the NITs in India. You have to qualify
